We had a bit of trouble meeting up, but it was because we were too early, and the other tour guides kindly helped us out, and we were able to meet our guide, Chen, without any problems. (The AI ​​chat's answers were completely nonsensical and useless.) The tour was fantastic, and thanks to Chen's fluent Japanese, we were able to efficiently cover areas of the itinerary that we would never have been able to cover on our own, so we were very satisfied. We had unfortunate weather at Gaomei Wetlands, so we'd like to go back and get revenge.

Our driver, Brother Zeng, was incredibly dedicated and responsible, and his driving skills were excellent! I usually get carsick, but this time I didn't experience any motion sickness or discomfort at all. He provided thorough explanations of the sights and constantly encouraged us to take photos, haha. He even had a pretty complete set of photography equipment, showing a real commitment to getting great shots for his customers, haha! I highly recommend joining a small group tour; they pick you up and drop you off at your hotel, which is perfect for solo travelers!!

Excellent!! The driver was very attentive and responsible, and drove very smoothly. I usually get carsick, but I didn't get carsick at all on the mountain roads of Alishan this time!! He also gave us detailed introductions at the scenic spots and took us to take photos 😭 He was so responsible; I didn't expect to get such a great customized tour for this price.
