Booking was very convenient, everything was clear, and after booking, they contacted us with instructions on canceling the ticket voucher. We arrived about an hour and a half before departure, checked in, and were given a nice table on the upper deck. The food was delicious, there was plenty of variety, and the route was great, making it easy to see almost all of Bangkok's sights from the river. My family and I were very pleased with the cruise. I recommend it.★

I don't know how they assign seats, but I got an inside table (a separate table, since I was alone), and that's certainly not interesting. There's almost no room to stand on the upper deck, and it's difficult. The food is okay, but I didn't go there for that.★

The staff on the boat were polite and gave excellent advice. We took our son to celebrate his birthday. He loved the boat and was very happy to be on the cruise. It was a very good experience. The food line was very full. You can refill the salmon sashimi as much as you want. It was very filling and worth the price.★

Everything went well, on time, we were quickly allowed onto the boat, everything was organized. There was enough food and alcohol, not super tasty, but quite edible. There was live music. The views weren't great, but overall I liked it.
