David is amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The tour is a great experience that is hard to miss if your are visiting New Zealand. The Waitamo Cave tour is more impressive than the description. The hobbitown is like a paradise. We were able to get free drinks during our trip. Umbrella is available to borrow if it starts raining. We were able to go inside the hobbit house and check out the fine furnitures. These two places are worth the trip.โ

1. Pick up your card at a service counter at the airport entrance; just show your order confirmation.
2. Plan your time carefully. Start counting your time from the first attraction you enter, keeping a 24-hour time limit. We weren't planning to rush, so we took the little train on the first afternoon and went to Lotte World early the next morning. Overall, it was worth the price; very convenient, and you can exchange your tickets at the counter. ๐About
