David is amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The tour is a great experience that is hard to miss if your are visiting New Zealand. The Waitamo Cave tour is more impressive than the description. The hobbitown is like a paradise. We were able to get free drinks during our trip. Umbrella is available to borrow if it starts raining. We were able to go inside the hobbit house and check out the fine furnitures. These two places are worth the trip.★

Our driver Deane was very personable, knowledgeable, had a great sense of humour and took great care of the group. I had asked him earlier on the long drive where all the sheep were and on the drive back he kept an eye out for the sheep and pointed them out to me. He also kindly accommodated my request for an ice cream stop on the return journey. Our cave guide “Hop” was knowledgeable and funny. He provided a lot of information about the glow worms and their habitat as well as about the caves we visited. He was very kind in offering to take photos of everyone to make sure that everyone had a memento of their trip to the caves.About
