Ellen did a great job navigating our group to areas to have the best vantage points for watching the Kings Guards. Even after many visits to London I was not aware of these areas. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Nice to have all the different buildings along the Mall pointed out, as well as other interesting pieces of royal trivia. I appreciated the additional tips about where to go following the tour.

The excursion was excellent, beautiful places, perfect timing, and the departure was punctual. Our tour was supposed to be in Spanish, with an audio guide that we understood would mean we could hear everything a guide said. However, this wasn't the case. The history of many places was presented via a pre-recorded audio guide, like on a large bus, for those of us who spoke Spanish, and it wasn't simultaneous. The young man talked and talked in English, and at some point, they would play an audio guide in Spanish for us. We felt separated from the main group, which isn't the idea. This should be explained from the moment you book the tour. The young man did an excellent job with the English-speaking group, but with us, he didn't even try to make sure we understood the lunch break. We ended up eating at the very end, at the last stop, when it should have been at the previous one, because the instructions were given in English, and the only thing we could understand was the meeting time, as he repeated it several times. Therefore, please also record the lunch break and the time when we should get off the bus at the end.

The London night tour was superb! We passed by all the most famous monuments and places, perfect! The audio guide in French was very detailed and full of humor! Plus, the driver was super friendly 😊 I highly recommend it!

This guided tour can only be put on everyone's heart! We were enthusiastic. A great highlight with the Beeffeater to chat and learn more about his life in the Tower. Extra Tips: Book early morning, then you have the Tower almost alone and come faster to the crown jewels. In general, you need to plan more time to do this, since you can explore everything alone after the tour. Overall it was super exciting and we would do it again.

It was a really great tour! Jane was so friendly and informative and kept the tour moving. It is A LOT of walking so if you struggle with that this is not your tour. But we loved it and got to see all the sights in our short time.
