from start to finish the whole team were excellent . we had an original trip cancelled last minute with *** and despite numerous calls to *** they were absolutely useless . where as this company wrre amazing . there sas a small issue with times but this was rectified efficiently and without delay . the driver arrived at time allocated for pick and was an absolute gentleman .. if your going to Auschwitz . book with this company .. 5 star quality fr a 5 star team .. thank you to the entire team who made what was to be a memorable trip just what we expected ..★

The salt mines were really worth visiting, and this was a good tour to do from Krakow. The mines themselves are vast and there is a lot to see you are taken in with a guide associated with the mine as a large group and the tour keeps a fast pace as you move through the 3 levels that are open to the public (ca 800 steps down!). We were taken to and from the mines in a small minibus by Peter who was FANTASTIC. He was extremely knowledgable and went out of his way to show us some area of particular interest when dropping one of the tour party off on our return to Krakow. I fully recommend both the destination and this tour company.
