Alcatraz is a must-see and very interesting. The package also included the aquarium, which was a particular highlight. The evening tour on the blue line was also cool. One day is actually enough for the main route (red). The great thing is that you don't have to see everything within 48 hours. It's no problem to go to Alcatraz on the first day, then to the aquarium and take the evening tour, and only start the hop-on/hop-off tour the next day. Just download the Big Bus app. A very well-rounded package for people who are in San Francisco for the first time and don't have too much time. 👍★

Great! Not for smaller children tho—I think it sounds fun but mostly they try to run and their parents say a lot of “no”. Other than that—amazing view from the water. Been here many times and first time in a boat—fantastic★

The hop on hop off bus tour was well organised and easy to access. The app was useful for tracking buses so that you didn’t have to wait too long at stops. The tour takes in all the significant sights and the commentary is engaging and informative.
