How to use
Show your barcode ticket at the embarking zone. Please arrive 15 minutes before the cruise starts. The staff will welcome you directly. After your cruise, continue with the Eiffel Tower district audio-guided walking tour on your smartphone. It starts to Place du Trocadéro, near the departure of the Cruise.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- The Seine Cruise and the Eiffel Tower district smartphone audio-guided walking tour are two distinct activities
- To take the Eiffel Tower district audio-guided tour, you need a smartphone (fully charged), the application installed on your phone, an internet connection for the duration of the tour, headphones. The instructions on how to download the application and how to unlock the tour will be provided in the voucher after booking
- Not recommended for people in wheelchairs (steps to access mansion and gardens at the end of the tour)
- The Eiffel Tower district walking tour is offered in both English and French
- You can pause the tour at any time and resume it whenever you want where you left off
