Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- The tour operates with a minimum of 2 adults and a maximum of 6 people (adults + children)
- You will insert your pick-up details at checkout
- This tour is not recommended for those with mobility issues or who are pregnant
- Children must be at least 3 years old and must be accompanied by an adult
- Nevada law requires car seats for children under 60 lbs in the age range of 3-5 years. Car seats will be provided
- Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, Pink® Adventure Tours reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel any tour due to unsafe conditions
- Any tour canceled by Pink® Adventure Tours will receive a 100% refund
