The hotel pickup was on time, the guide was great (spoken in English and Spanish), and the snorkeling tour and crew were excellent. The journey from Miami to Key West was long (about 4 hours with one stop) in a tour bus that wasn't as fresh as it used to be, and it stopped working on the return trip (the bus broke down). This resulted in a two-hour wait. Otherwise, we had a wonderful day out as a family.
