Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- Kindly note that if you purchase the without entrance ticket option, you can directly purchase the entrance ticket at the meeting point and pay by cash or card in euro
- The option with entrance ticket includes the regular adult-price entrance ticket and people of all ages can use it to enter, paying the full price. Infants aged 0-5 years and EU citizens aged from 6-24 years old can also enter with a reduced-price ticket. To use this offer, book the option without entrance ticket, go to the ticket booth on-site, and present a valid ID or a copy of your passport to get a discounted or free printed entrance ticket
- This tour operates with a maximum of 18 people per group
- Children up to 3 years can join the walking tour free of charge
- Due to the uneven and steep surfaces, this activity is unsuitable for anyone who has difficulties walking.
