This is not a cruise that goes around the lake. It goes to Bürgenstock and back. Thanks to a review from one gentleman, we got off the boat and took the furnicular up Bürgenstock resort and had one of the best cocktails. We didn't get window seats in the restuaurant as they are reserved for hotel guests. But we still enjoyed the lake view from there. The boat ride was very smooth. The crew was helpful. We got the furnicular tickets from them. We got the front row seats on the boat so the view was awesome!★

The trip itself was fantastic and our guide Gabriel was brilliant. unfortunately he was let down by the transportation. The coach broke down 20 mins into our journey and we had to sit and wait for a replacement to arrive. The replacement was smaller and not as nice and also made awful knocking and griding sounds every time we waited at lights or junctions. It sounded like it was going to blow up. Gabriel did amazing to get us there and back although unfortunately we lost about an hour in Lucerne so didn't get to spend as much time seeing and doing everything we wanted. No partial refund was offered for loss of time. The trip overall was fantastic and I would recommend.★

Highly recommend. Super fun and low key. Calm relaxing ferry ride to a cable car that climbs steeply through the mountains. Fantastic views/scenery. Self guided tour means there is no tour. You just meander on your own. The walk from Mount Regi to Kalt Bad is definitely worth it - takes around 40 minutes. The highlight are the mineral baths with spa sauna and steam in a stunningly nice Facility. It was soooo soothing. The price is expensive for what it is, but it’s convenient that they put all of the tickets into one pass for you.★

I liked everything. What could be improved is if you told the truth about the cable car ride in March and April, which doesn't exist. It's advertised as if it does, and we only discover after paying that it's not available during those months.
