The printing process at the kiosk wasn't smooth. Even when I scanned the PIN code instead of the QR code, the kiosk failed to print the ticket. I ended up having to collect the ticket from a guide on the island of Venice.★

Walking tour was good and informative and about the right amount of time Gondola ride was disappointing as it wasn’t private and our gondolier didn’t speak to us other than to say don’t touch the sides or rope★
