Very interesting and interactive place! We enjoyed our visit and had lots of fun- the staff were helpful and informative. Definitely worth visiting if you are in Krakow! Is located en route towards the Castle area.★

Pretty good. Guide was quite informative even though we had less interaction with them. Since we drove our own car. Still had to pay full price even though we did not use the bus or the hotel pickup. But other tickets were not available★

The hotel's round-trip transportation was very thoughtful! The tour guide also explained things very carefully and clearly. It made me understand how Jews or those who were arrested in concentration camps were treated, which saddened me deeply.★

We visited Auschwitz for the second time after being let down badly by a previous tour company, so I was quite hesitant to book again. I am so glad we gave it another chance, because this company was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The communication from Wiktoria was excellent right from the beginning. Unlike other companies that claim to offer skip the queue tickets, they genuinely arrange everything for you, so there is no need to queue at an unreasonable hour. We were picked up promptly by our driver Adam, who was incredibly friendly and professional throughout. He went above and beyond, sharing his knowledge of Krakow and even showing us places that most tours do not include. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. You are in safe hands. Thank you to Wiktoria and Adam for giving my family such a memorable and meaningful day.
