It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.★

Had a great day trip to Cinque Terre and Pisa with our tour guide Nathan Smith! He was lovely, friendly, knowledgeable. He also shared with us his photography expertise and also entertained us with fun facts and comedy SNL skits during the bus ride. Cinque Terre was beautiful. The weather was really hot when we went there so we appreciated that the hike at Manarola was not too long but comfortable and it got us to the scenic photo worthy spots. Also appreciated the lovely meal recommended by our tour leader at Monterosso. At the end of the tour Nathan also suggested some fun and popular food options back in Florence that were really great to explore and experience. Overall enjoyed the tour very much and thank you City Wonders Team for executing a wonderful beach getaway.Trip.com Picks
