How to use
Please look for the Xclusive Yachts boarding point. If you arrive by metro: arrive at DMCC Metro Station. By car: parking at Marina Mall (3 hours free). By taxi: ask for drop-off at Marina Mansion. Once you get down in front of Marina Mansion, cross the road through the pedestrian crossing and walk towards a ramp going down (next to the bridge), walk down the ramp and take left to see the meeting point.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- check-in closes 15 minutes prior to departure time. Heavy traffic can be expected in the marina so please ensure you arrive promptly
- please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure and relax at the fully air-conditioned free Wi-Fi lounge
