It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

This is a very convenient and affordable pass that includes all trains within Switzerland. In addition to scenic trains (such as the Glacier Express), you can also take other regional trains anytime, anywhere. It includes access to 500+ museums, and admission to the Gruyere Cheese Museum and Cailler Chocolate Museum in Gruyere is also free.

I would like to leave my excellent review for Swisstours. The trip to Interlaken was simply incredible, very well organized, punctual, and with impeccable service from start to finish. A special thanks to the driver, Olsen, who truly made a difference in the experience. Extremely professional, polite, friendly, and always attentive to everyone’s comfort and safety. He drove very responsibly and smoothly, giving us confidence throughout the entire journey. In addition, he was helpful and in a good mood, making the trip even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend the company and, if possible, I would gladly travel again with driver Olsen. A 10 out of 10 experience!

Tour was easy to follow, very informative and just the right length. We saw things we just wouldn’t have found without this - such as some amazing frescos. You need to allow time afterwards to explore the old town more yourself.

This walking tour was lead by Annemarie and she started the tour by covering a brief overview of the tour and safety brief. We heard historic information as well as stories about famous Swiss leaders and innovators. It was interesting, informative and mixed with a comfortable amount of walking I between landmarks and monuments. Although Anne was excellent, there were a few points in the tour where it was a bit difficult to hear. The tour might consider the benefit of adding hearing assistance when the group is larger. Highly recommend this tour!


