It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

It was a packed day, and we visited four attractions! Our first stop was the Tower of London, with the Crown Jewels being the highlight – the crowns, jewels, and other treasures could only be viewed on-site, not photographed. Our second stop was Tower Bridge, where we explored the rich history of this landmark. Our third stop was The Shard, offering stunning panoramic views of the Thames River. Finally, we took a ferry cruise to savor London's nighttime cityscape. With a little planning, the London Pass is definitely worth it!

Amazing tour, even better tour guide! We had Nick for this tour and he wasn’t only a plethora of information, but very passionate about what he does. There is so much information that you will leave that elevates the entire experience. We stopped at the CUTEST little pub for lunch and the food was divine. This tour is a must do! 10/10!

We were lucky enough to visit the Cotswolds with Nik on a beautiful sunny day while in London. The tour was perfectly timed. With a great lunch area, perfect recommendations. The van was spotless and comfortable. Nik is professional but entertaining and not a boring moment the whole day!! Great day and I wish I had a second day available to tour somewhere else with him!


