Excellent communication with clear instructions and took the stress out of arriving to Noi Bai airport. A well organised & speedy team who were able to answer all my questions regarding arrival as we were travelling with children. We completed immigration procedures so fast our luggage hadn't even come out on the carousel yet. Highly recommend this service!

The fastest border crossing was probably 5 minutes. We were met with a sign and taken to a separate counter where there were no people. You need to sign up for WhatsApp and get instructions beforehand—it's easy and takes 2 minutes. It saved a lot of time, as there were very long lines nearby.


