Most of the rooms are absolutely beautiful and exciting! The visual effects and music were spot on, and we really enjoyed the ambience. We recommend getting there earlier in the day to avoid long lines. Our one complaint is that the room where photography and videos are not allowed is a total letdown, other groups of people kept laughing cause it was promised to be a “sensory overload” yet the light on one part of the wall changed and that was it.★

Reviews: Key West day trip with snorkeling excursion and unlimited drinks

The hotel pickup was on time, the guide was great (spoken in English and Spanish), and the snorkeling tour and crew were excellent. The journey from Miami to Key West (about 4 hours with one stop) was long and in a tour bus that was no longer in good condition and stopped working on the return trip (the bus broke down). This resulted in a two-hour wait. Otherwise, we had a wonderful day out as a family.
