I didn't expect it to be this cheap. The price was so significantly lower than market price that I suspected it might be a scam, but it was exactly as it was. I enjoyed seeing all the major tourist attractions. You can exchange your physical tickets at the dedicated tourist information center.

It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

Lina's EXCELLENT customer service. She was very well informed about all the wines, years and differences and well up-to-date. Her attentiveness has been amazing and the tour itself I would say 4/5 and should still visit here.
