How to use
Board your boat on the dock in front of the Anne Frank House, 10 minutes before departure. Look for a steward wearing a bright orange jacket.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
- The cruise will be done with a small group of people, so expect an interactive tour, with enough time for questions, including additional recommendations for your further stay in Amsterdam
- On board a bar is available with a wide arrangement of beverages and non-alcoholic drinks (can be purchased on site)
