A lovely hour on the river. Drinks and snacks available to order. Staff came round and took our order and then brought it to our table. You could pay by cash or card. One thing I would say is the first cruise at 12pm they let you on from 11.30 and they started taking orders. 10 mins before departure and the boat was nearly full, so worth bearing in mind. Overall we all loved the experience and we had a 19 and 23 year old with us

We chose this particular cruise as I liked the idea of going through the canal which larger boats cannot do. Apart from that canal it covers the same as other cruises (but does not go through the lock. Just as well as another reviewer said the lock used 40 mins of their cruise time). The boat is electric and has roof solar panels. There was no mention of lifejackets or emergency procedures. The woman driving the boat also gave a good commentary in English. Nice trip and good value.

Thank you Hanna for being such an awesome guide today. We enjoyed the walking tour, which was filled with anecdotes and interesting facts. The tram ride was also pleasant. We learnt so much about Prague's history and covered a lot of distance. My watch is showing nearly 15,000 steps for today. Lunch was nice, as was the river cruise at the end. For some reason I didn't realise, you were leaving us at that stage. So apologies Hanna, for not giving you a proper goodbye.

Only Prague Castle shows the QR code at the ticket office to get a ticket, but after that, you can enter just by showing the QR code, which is very convenient and affordable.

Lovely time. Great way to see the city from a different vantage point. Staff were attentive, the boat was very smooth, and there was ample space for all passengers. Would recommend!
