Itinerary:
Los Angeles -Oxnard Train Station- Coast Starlight Scenic Train (60 min, includes departure train ticket, no guide during the train ride)- Santa Barbara Harbor (90 min)-Santa Barbara Courthouse (60 min)- Old Mission Santa Barbara (exterior, 40 min)- Los Angeles
Important Notes:
1. Minors or children under 18 must be accompanied by adults to join the tour. Unaccompanied minors or children are not allowed to participate. For safety considerations, pregnant women can only join if their pregnancy does not exceed 24 weeks by the end of the itinerary.
2. Please ensure to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, gender, valid contact info (preferably mobile number for notification purposes in case of issues), and exact tour meeting point, to avoid affecting your travel. You will be responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
3. According to U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited on the bus during group tours. If you need to smoke, please use designated smoking areas.
4. During the actual trip, the guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the visiting order of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting time based on weather, transportation conditions, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
5. In case of force majeure, the guide may adjust the itinerary based on actual circumstances. Your understanding is appreciated.
6. Children under the age of 8 must use a safety seat when joining the tour.
7. Many attractions on the itinerary require participants to meet basic health conditions. Visitors with disabilities or mobility impairments should contact us in advance before booking. Without prior notification, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating arrangements.
8. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, travelers are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time provided by the guide. The vehicle will depart without waiting if the delay exceeds 10 minutes. In case of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic conditions, mechanical failures, strikes, government shutdowns, wars, or terrorist attacks, we cannot guarantee arrival at the pick-up & drop-off point(s) on time. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience, flight/train/bus delays, or additional travel expenses incurred due to such circumstances.
9. The agency reserves the right to transfer travelers to another vehicle during the journey for operational convenience, assigning different guides and drivers to provide services.
10. The following suggestions will help you check in faster and more efficiently: Bring a valid photo ID (with photo included); Please present a printed or electronic copy of your itinerary.
11. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group during the tour, please notify in advance and obtain the guide's consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement, and any uncompleted itinerary will be deemed as voluntarily forfeited with no refund of the tour fee.
12. Complimentary items in the itinerary that cannot be provided due to force majeure such as transportation or weather conditions, or cannot be visited due to personal reasons, are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
13. Pets and animals are strictly prohibited on all itineraries.
