1. On the day of departure, if the flight cannot operate due to objective factors such as weather, air traffic control, or temporary aircraft malfunction, a full refund will be issued. If passengers are unable to board due to personal reasons such as late arrival or incomplete ID, no refund or change will be permitted.
Flights will operate as long as weather conditions meet takeoff standards. Passengers should assess the weather conditions on their travel day and choose a date with favorable weather for their journey.
3. Passengers are prohibited from wearing hats, scarves, or slippers when boarding the helicopter.
4. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the airport.
5. Dangerous items such as lighters and power banks, as well as personal belongings like bags, are prohibited from being carried onto the helicopter.
6. For passenger safety, photography and lingering are prohibited during boarding and disembarking. Please follow the staff's instructions for safe boarding and disembarking.
Children aged 12–16 and seniors aged 70+ must be accompanied by family members when flying.
8. Our store shall not be held responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from the intentional concealment of medical conditions by passengers who are pregnant, have a history of heart disease, hypertension, or other illnesses, as well as special passengers or those restricted from flying as stipulated by civil aviation regulations.
9. Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol before boarding the helicopter.
10. During the flight, passengers are strictly prohibited from touching any buttons, switches, doors, or windows in the cabin; interfering with the pilot's normal operation is also forbidden.
