Reviews: Grand Kuranda including Skyrail and Kuranda Scenic Railway

Me and my family took an army duck tour last sunday and we had a really good time. We would like to compliment your new guide Mark. He had really good and interesting comments about nature and wildlife that made the tour fun and enjoyable. We also loved other activities in Kuranda, like the Pamagirri Aboriginal experience. We learned how to throw a boomerang and we enjoyed the presentation of Aboriginal coulture. The scenic Railway had some really good views and the train to Cairns was most enjoyable. Sending love from Slovenia.

A simple headcount, a radio call, or a quick announcement asking which guests had not yet collected their tickets would have solved the problem in minutes. This is basic service management. Even better, tickets should simply be handed out during the main p
