It was a valuable experience to compare rare Chablis and Burgundy Pinot Noir, both of which are rarely found in Korea, through firsthand experience rather than through books or memorized information. I learned how soil, sunlight, and COVID-19 (or something similar) affect grapes and how these factors can actually affect the wine's flavor. The quiet winter vineyard scenery was also a delight.

The e-SIM worked fine, except for the three hours of Maya outage from December 31st to January 1st, 2026. Otherwise, the connection was fine, including calls. I was traveling to Goa.


