This is my fifth visit. I first visited in 2018 and have returned since because of the great value for money; however, the menu hasn't changed much since then, and the Peking duck, dim sum, cold seafood, Hong Kong-style milk tea, and egg tarts are always the same. Given that prices in Macau and Hong Kong are on the expensive side these days, I think Urban Kitchen is a much better option for a meal plus coffee and dessert than eating out at a restaurant. I usually never eat pizza at buffets, but this was so flavorful and delicious that I would rank it as my top pick.★

It is a very good place. The discounted price was great, and the reservation process was quick and smooth. However, upon arrival at the JW Marriott Hotel Urban buffet, verifying the reservation name was inconvenient. This needs improvement. The buffet food was all fresh and of very high quality. The staff were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family dinner.Trip.com picks
