I liked the organization. Punctuality, all the necessary information was given. The guide, Patricia, explained everything in a very simple way, without being tiring. I only thought that the lunch break should include more time. We have to eat quickly to see something and get back on the bus. For those with children, this isn't always easy. Otherwise, I think everything was perfect. And a way to learn a little about the history of the Netherlands. The cheese tasting and the punch-making experience are also worthwhile.

The hotel is very good and it is very easy to buy and reactive and competent support (I had taken 2 tickets and then asked to cancel 1 and change the timetable!) The river walk is comfortable, heated space, electric recharge, toilet and explanations in the language of your choice!
