Nice day in Ubud. High traffic jump to go, road was busy despite the low wet season and Ramadan. I cannot imagine in peak season. Guide was very helpful, itinerary interesting. Rice terrasses quite touristic, I would prefer a place more authentic. Waterfall fantastic. Overall very good day.★

Our guide, Doglet was excellent in every single way that any traveler hoped for. Firstly he was on right on time to pick us up then he rescheduled our tour for our benefit. He’s very knowledgeable about Balinese culture, history and whatnot. He even added a couple of attractions for us to experience such as crafty place and coffee plantation where we tasted Luwak coffee. What an unforgettable day we had today. This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^
