Please meet by presenting your ticket (printed or on mobile) to the Balearia representative at the Port and checking in at Terminal 21 within Fort Lauderdale.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

  • It is mandatory to add the full name, gender, date of birth, passport number and expiration date, and nationality of all people traveling to issue the ferry tickets - without this information, the reservation remains unconfirmed
  • This tour is wheelchair accessible (foldable wheelchairs only)
  • Approximate free time in Bahamas is from 11:00am to 6:00pm
  • You MUST have a valid passport and re-entry authorization as you will be going through Customs and Immigration. Citizens of some countries may require an entry Visa; please check with the Bahamian Immigration Website before purchase. http://www.bahamas.com/entry-requirements. It's your responsibility to have all the required documentation to exit and re-enter the United States. Gray Line Miami is not responsible if Immigration services do not allow passengers on board due to lack of documentation. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED DUE TO LACK OF PAPERWORK
  • This tour is not available for infants younger than 6 months
  • Gray Line Miami is not responsible for delays caused by weather or by the Bahamian Coast Guard or Immigration services upon arrival at The Bahamas
  • All travelers will need to apply for a Bahamas Health Travel Visa at travel.gov.bs
  • Please pay attention to your specific departure time. In all terminals, check-in starts 3 hours before departure. Boarding doors close one hour before departure (no exceptions)
  • Allow at least one hour for vessel clearance by local and federal authorities. That means when the ferry arrives to any of the ports (The Bahamas or USA), you might have to wait for clearance to be able to debark. The time is based on authorities' regulations, not the carrier's
