We had an incredibly fun day. Our guide Philippe spoke enthusiastically and accessibly about the Douro Valley and the wines. He was a super friendly guide with a great sense of humor and answered all our questions with enthusiasm. The tours at the wineries were also very interesting, and we were served many different wines. Furthermore, the lunch was delicious and the views were truly beautiful. Finally, the boat trip was nice and refreshing and relaxing. All in all, a wonderful and unforgettable day!★

We had an exceptional experience at Fado na Baixa in Porto. The performance featured highly professional musicians and singers who delivered traditional fado music with remarkable passion and emotion. Their beautiful performances truly moved the audience.
Between the live performances, the show included informative video clips that explored the history of fado, including the Coimbra style of fado and the important role of female fado singers. Learning about the origins and evolution of this music greatly deepened our appreciation of what we were hearing.
The space itself was super intimate and cozy, which made the experience feel even more personal and immersive.
If we return to Portugal, we would definitely love to experience this performance again. We strongly recommend Fado na Baixa to all visitors to Portugal.★

An extraordinary Fado experience in a majestic hall, complete with a welcome glass of Port wine and explanations in several languages, covering both the instruments and the different Fado styles of Coimbra and Lisbon. The musicians were highly professional, and the performance was moving. The singer deserves special mention; I don't want to give away any spoilers, but her vocal quality and the way she conveys musical feeling will give goosebumps to anyone with musical sensitivity. A MUST-SEE!★
