Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.

Since we were traveling with children, I was most worried about the immigration process, but I think I made the right choice! Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by a staff member, which allowed me to skip the long lines and quickly clear immigration! Getting around was also easy, which made things easier for parents. It's easy to get tired after a long flight, but being able to head straight to my accommodation was satisfying. I highly recommend this service for any family trip!

The tour went by quite quickly, the guide was wonderful, and the tourists in our group were very cheerful, making the day a truly memorable one. Bana Hills is definitely a paradise, definitely worth a visit. But unfortunately, a few hours weren't enough for us.

Although I got off a little late, my flight arrived early and I had to wait a little longer. Since it was my first time, I didn't know what to do and was at a loss... My foreign friends said they didn't apply because it was expensive, but Trip.com is incredibly cheap in Korea. Please apply and come. This is Ho Chi Minh City.
