How to use
Mobile vouchers can be redeemed at any of the bus stops along the route. Paper vouchers must be redeemed at Yonge-Dundas Square (stop 1).
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Know in advance:
- There will always be live English commentary on the bus. Some buses are also equipped with multilingual audio systems that deliver pre-recorded commentary in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Cantonese and Mandarin. In the winter months, most buses will have a live guide only
- Please contact the local operator if you would like to ride a bus that has a multilingual commentary system. Headphones are required - you can bring your own if you like, otherwise, free headphones will be provided
- The Red Line operates daily from 9.00am to 4.30pm (stop 1). Frequency: 33 minutes. Duration: 135 minutes. Further information on the bus stops can be found on the map in the photo gallery. Please visit the local operator's website for the most updated info on stops and operating hours
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Infants (age 0-2): free of charge
