This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^

Seeing the sunset at the top of a volcano was a perfect end to my trip! Our guide Dante was lovely, always checking in with us and answering any questions - he even made us breakfast at the top. Good communication and smooth transport from Andi our driver. Overall incredible experience and 100% worth the two hour hike to the top!

I really enjoyed everything! We only saw one manta ray, and that was from a boat, but all the other spots were very interesting. We snorkeled, took lots of photos with the fish, and overall, it was a blast!


