The tour was well organized. They picked me up from my hotel exactly at the appointed time in the morning. We quickly made our way to the cable car, even though it was very crowded. We had plenty of time to see the sights.

This half-day tour was booked on short notice; I booked it as soon as I landed in Da Nang that morning, and we departed promptly at 1:30 PM. Although it was only half a day, we visited quite a few places. First, we went to Son Tra Peninsula, where the sea view from the mountain was quite nice; taking a taxi would have cost a lot. Then we went to Marble Mountains, which are mainly caves and not very high. The English-speaking guide had a heavy Southeast Asian accent, but it was still understandable, and he was very enthusiastic, leading us through the entire tour. Next, we went to Hoi An. It felt quite late when we arrived, so after dinner, we only had a little over an hour left to explore, just enough for taking photos. However, the fellow travelers we met along the way were all very interesting; we helped each other, chatted, and took photos, making it a fun and memorable trip.

Overall, Ba Na Hills is a highly recommended attraction. We were lucky; the sun was shining brightly throughout, the itinerary was conveniently coordinated, the driver was punctual, and customer service provided e-tickets, giving us a lot of freedom in choosing which activities to participate in. Customer service was online throughout the trip to answer our questions. However, there wasn't much Chinese-speaking staff on the mountain, so finding specific spots was a bit difficult. The buffet lunch had a wide selection and good value. After descending the mountain, we discussed with the driver whether we could be taken to a Go supermarket to end the trip. The driver was very responsible and informed customer service that it was okay, saving us the trouble of leaving from the hotel – very thoughtful. It's perfect for those who want a slower pace and a more relaxed experience. A great trip!

The tour to Da Nang was fantastic; everything was organized to the highest standard. Tripco executed the program exactly as planned. The lunch was simply magnificent—a wide selection of dishes, all delicious and high-quality, like a Swiss table—there was something for everyone. It was a special treat 👍 The company's service was first-class. The driver was a great guy 👏🏻; he drove carefully, was polite, and punctual. This was a great day trip. The hotel pick-up and drop-off was very thoughtful, and the tour guide arrived on time and accompanied us throughout the trip. The guide provided commentary in English, and since our English wasn't very good, the guide translated important points into Chinese for us. Overall, the itinerary was fulfilling, Ba Na Hills was beautiful, and the buffet was fantastic. I hope the weather will be even better next time, and it would be even more perfect if the return trip could be delayed a bit.


