The tour to three Brunello di Montalcino wineries was wonderful. We could learn about history of the region and its winemaking on the way, and see the wine-making process for ourselves. The lunch was extravagant. One thing to note is that while you can buy wine direct from the wineries if you like them, you may also find bargains for the same label in supermarket in Siena.

guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly. we had a wonderful time touring vineyards and got to see the grapes being pressed. The wine tasting was superb and we bought a big bottle to drink on our first anniversary

We had an amazing time, even with the rain it truly didn’t take away from the experience at all. Giovanni was an outstanding guide: knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly friendly. He made everyone feel comfortable and brought so much energy and insight to the tour. His passion really stood out and made the whole trip even more memorable. Highly recommend!


