I like the most was the walking tour with Catalina better than on the bus as it’s not an option of hop on and hop off. Also the bus needs maintenance as most of the audio input has broken.

I think his name was David... The guide was great and knew the history of Madrid like the back of his hand ! He was also very excited and kept the spirits up - seems like he likes his job. I would recommend that if you do not bicycle often to try the automatic bicycle. I did the manual one and I ended up fine but a few hills (there aren't too many) can knock the breath out of you!

It was a great tour. My guide messaged me and asked to join another time as I would be the only one but I wasn't able to do that and he graciously as the manager who didn't speak English still came and took me around personally with a English audio guide for me to use. Even though we didn't speak the same language, we spoke the same thrill about the beautiful city of Madrid. If I decided to take a bike on my own, I think I probably would have gotten hit so I felt very safe in his hands and it was delightful to see how well he knew the streets. He was willing and able to take photos for me at these sites and was welcoming enough to take a few for some other tourists. Such a warm and wonderful person! Thank you!
