I was able to enter the country really quickly, and I really liked that they answered all my questions right away so kindly and quickly!! I had a bit of a problem during immigration, but they handled everything and even shared solutions, which was really great. I highly recommend them!!★

This isn't my first time here. Pros: everything is clear, they even speak Russian; there's a cafe where they deliver for free, there's a small water park; there are children's pools. There's good Wi-Fi on site. Cons, but this has nothing to do with the organization itself: if you leave at 5 PM, getting there and calling a taxi is impossible!★

We highly recommend this service. We had 3.5 hours between flights. Thanks to the fast track service, we made it to the bus and still had time to spare before our flight. The check-in itself took 20 minutes. All the instructions were clear and easy to understand, with photos.★
