It was a wonderful trip and completely safe for us and our 9-year-old. It was our first time riding, so it was our first experience. It lasted two hours. The guide was also on horseback and led my daughter's horse, so he had 100% control over her. We rode through a valley, along mountain trails, and by a stream, so the landscape changed, which was interesting. The horses were calm. The guide also took some photos. The ride was pleasant, I recommend it. The tour did not include an audio guide.★

Worried about getting carsick on the bus, I opted for a minivan. I used this company for both the outbound and return trips. The driver from the high-speed rail station to Jiuzhaigou was exceptionally good; he was very enthusiastic and friendly, telling us a lot about the scenic spots along the way. He was easy to talk to and drove very smoothly. The driver on the return trip from Jiuzhaigou to the high-speed rail station was also very punctual and provided excellent service. I highly recommend him!About
