A fantastic experience, thoroughly enjoyable. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The lesson was interactive and fun, and really enjoyable. Drinks were flowing and the spritz making part was fun, too. Really delicious pasta! Would highly recommend and would do it again.

The tour was really interesting, not only could we taste a lot of traditional food from Bologna, we could also learn about the history of the city and how the foods were produced (how is balsamic vinegar made, what different cuts are in Mortadella, what is the meaning behind the shape of Tortellini etc.).
