Please meet your guide in front of the statue in Nyboder across from Krokodillegade 21. It is located at the intersection between Øster Voldgade and Kronprinsessegade.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- Maximum tour capacity: 10 guests
- Please wear comfortable shoes for walking
- Bring an umbrella and suitable clothing in case of rain
- The tour starts and ends in two different locations, so you are not recommended to arrive by bike. The experience wraps up in the district of Nyhavn
