The Istanbul Pass experience is fantastic, communication is smooth via WhatsApp when there's a problem, the guides are very professional, they give a short, pleasant and simple explanation of the place and then you continue at your own pace, the only drawback is that all the explanations are in English.

After the online booking the instructions were simple and easy to follow. I booked 2 tickets for myself and my bestie. We've enjoyed our tour in Topkapi Palace muchly. Spent the whole day touring courtyard to courtyard. Food & drinks inside the Palace were cheaper than outside.

Good deal for a palace entry. Groups are gathered in the cafe down the street. Guide just lets the group enter the palace and harem, audio guide is free from the palace.
