Easy to use. Just have to use the green ticketing machine at the JR station to redeem the JR pass. Using it to travel to and from Osaka and Hiroshima via the Sanyo Shinkansen already made the pass worth it!★

This pass is absolutely amazing!!! Combined with the Amanohashidate entrance fee, the round trip to Amanohashidate alone is enough to break even!!! All other attractions are practically free!★

This is my second time using this service. It felt a little slower than the average speed in my area, but overall I had no problems. Since there was no plan with the number of days I wanted, I had to remove one star. I'll definitely use it again.★

I exchanged it in Japan the very next day after purchasing it. I showed the QR code at the counter, and the staff checked my passport and number of people, and even made the exchange reservation right away. I loved it!
