The staff initially seemed a little confused about what we were doing, perhaps because we didn't explain ourselves as well as they usually do. But afterwards, everything went perfectly; they were friendly and attentive, and the guide even joked around and encouraged the children to participate in the experience. What I didn't think was right was that the children (9 and 4 years old) paid as much as the adults; that's not the usual practice. Otherwise, everything was great.
