The guide was excellent but the company should provide better support for the guide when the van broke down. The van also should have windows that can retract. Only the front rows could retract.

Flamingo was so easy to work with. Alexandria went through of my options based on what we wanted to do and see. We decided on a tour that needed to be cancelled due to weather and she helped us find a different tour that would work. We were a few minutes late to our meeting point and our guide kindly waited for us and helped us get some coffee. Guy (Gee) was the absolute best. He made the entire day so fun and exciting. He shared his passion around his city and that made it even better. We had an unreal lunch experience with Chico and Pepa and the views that followed were unforgettable. I’m thrilled that our original tour had to be cancelled as this one of my best memories of the trip! Highly recommend, Guy and his team.


