The guide was perfect and spoke English, which was expected, but I think he could have made an effort to speak more slowly when naming the celebrity homes, at least the names.

Fantastic experience- highly recommend. Both our tour guide on the boat and coach were humorous and knowledgeable. They made the experience. The boat ride was around 45 minutes but didn't feel rushed. Alligators viewings are not guaranteed but we did manage to see some fleeting glimpses. The alligator show was also worth seeing. It was done humanely and great to hear that all those captured was for rescue or specific reasons. The only small criticism was only being allowed to tip in cash - regretted not carrying extra to tip both the boat and coach guides.
