Key West was beautiful. Super clear waters, nice people, good food. Beautiful scenery. Loved it. The trip going was 4hrs and coming the same. They did a stop going for breakfast/lunch which was great because I didn’t get to eat at 7am. The one thing I recommend and have a complaint about is the driver Dios, it was 73 degrees outside and he had the AC blasting, it felt like a freezer, you can hear almost everyone saying they were cold, it was extremely uncomfortable, I asked the driver to turn up the temperature because and he responded ok but don’t come complaining that its too hot - which never happened because it remained cold throughout the trip. I was forced to buy a sweater. On our way back another passenger went up and asked the driver that it was cold and to turn up the temperature again it remained cold. Then the driver had the nerve to ask for a tip, if your passengers are in a bus for 8hrs be considerent of them.★

We really enjoyed the trip to Key West. The guide was a little hard to understand sometimes. The biggest problem I would say was there was no toilet paper in the bathroom on the return trip.★

Communication from staff was done 1 day prior. They were great! Great communication on what to expect before and during. AC temperature in the bus ride was too cold. Take a blanket! The stay at Key West could have been longer. The bus tour guide(Tamara) was very friendly and knowledgeable! Knew us all by name. Will book again with this company
