It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

Today I took a tour to Évora and it was a wonderful experience. I came from Montreal, Canada, and I can say it was totally worth it. The guide, Antonio, was simply exceptional: very kind, attentive, and always willing to explain every detail with enthusiasm. Thanks to him, the visit became even more special and memorable. I highly recommend this tour!

Our driver/guide was very professional and dedicated to high quality service. Only reason I rated 4 star for transportation was that we briefly had a car issue (not the driver’s fault, it was comfortable Mercedes ban, but had some parking brake indicator issue). Otherwise, he took us to all places we wanted to go, recommended us good boat tour option, and responded to all my pre-trip questions very quickly. Traveled with group of 6, and we really enjoyed our private tour.


