Complimentary videos (4-5 clips) will be sent within 48 hrs after the day's lesson (one-time sending only). Please understand that videos may not be provided if the camera cannot be fixed on the surfboard for shooting due to excessive waves, or due to force majeure (including but not limited to loss or water damage of camera/memory card).

1. Departure - round-trip to the experience reception area is self-arranged;

2. All personal expenses and fees not mentioned in the inclusions

PS: It is recommended to bring your own sunscreen, hat, water shoes, swimsuit, towel, personal toiletries, etc. Framed glasses cannot be worn during the experience (daily disposable contact lenses are optional).

How to use

1. Experience time: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (subject to confirmation by customer support);

2. Experience Location: Lanfuchonglang Club, Back Beach, Sanya

After booking, our staff will contact you by phone to confirm your itinerary, send the location details, and provide the contact information for on-site personnel. Please ensure the mobile number you provided remains reachable.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 18:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

1. Please contact customer support for specific class schedules;

2. The following individuals are not suitable for surfing activities: those with fever or cold, sudden illnesses, surgery within the past six months, large-area external injuries, lumbar disc herniation, pregnant women, or individuals outside the age range of 8-60 years.

3. Please arrive at the designated location at least 15 minutes in advance to allow time for changing clothes and filling out the registration form.

4. Automatic attendance check-in for classes. Late arrivals or inability to attend due to personal reasons will be treated as normal class attendance.

5. In case of classes being unable to proceed normally due to force majeure (typhoon, heavy waves, thunderstorms, no waves, government restrictions), a full refund will be provided or the class can be rescheduled.
